Responsible Alpha is a Delaware C Corporation, a registered Delaware Public Benefit Corporation, a certified B Corp, a signatory to the U.N. Global Compact, and, specific only to the U.S., a U.S. certified minority-owned business. These are legal designations — not a departure from commercial rigor. Like any corporate entity, Responsible Alpha operates as a for-profit fully commercial advisory firm.
Responsible Alpha is independently owned by its staff, advisors, and board members. This structure ensures our advice is independent, and our incentives are fully aligned with client outcomes.
Finally, Responsible Alpha is a qualified small business contractor to the U.S. Government’s General Services Administration.

B Corp Certification
Responsible Alpha is a certified B Corp as a for-profit corporation that is driven by both mission and profit. In this legal structure, which is recognized by most U.S. states, shareholders hold the company accountable to produce a financial profit as well as some sort of public benefit. Responsible Alpha’s B Impact assessment earned an overall score of 115.1, which is above the qualification threshold score of 80, while the median score for ordinary businesses who complete the assessment is currently 50.9. UN Global Compact
Since 2022, as a signatory to the UN Global Compact, Responsible Alpha has been committed to the UN Global Compact corporate responsibility initiative and its principles in the areas of human rights, labor, the environment, and anti-corruption. Responsible Alpha publishes its annual sustainability report in accordance with the GRI Standards.
