Brendan Flakes

Brendan is a junior at Northwestern University majoring in Learning & Organizational Change (LOC) with a passion for sustainability, organizational development, and social impact. As a Division I student-athlete on Northwestern’s football team, he has honed leadership, teamwork, and strategic thinking skills while balancing a demanding academic schedule. He also serves as an Executive Board Member for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (S.A.A.C.) and the Black Student-Athlete Alliance (B.S.A.A.), advocating for diversity and inclusion initiatives. His experiences in athletics, leadership, and community service have fueled my interest in ESG, and he is eager to contribute to Responsible Alpha’s mission
